Welcome to MacGrants, a secure website for organizations with active grants from MacArthur. We hope this information will assist you with your work and make our grant process more transparent.

This site provides MacArthur grant recipients the ability to:

• View active grants
• View grant payment schedule
• Submit grant reports
• Email your MacArthur Grant Staff
• Update your contact information

In addition, we are always interested in receiving interesting photos or hearing stories of your impact and hope you will use the easy upload function on this site to send us photos or documents related to your work.

Login information is sent from our computer system via email with the subject of "Invitation to use MacGrants -- MacArthur's Grantee Extranet". If you have not received this email, please check the following:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder. Please be sure to check these areas, and add MacGrantsAdmin@macfound.org to your list of safe email addresses.
• Login Information is emailed after your first payment has been made. You may not have received your first payment.
• Your Login ID is your email address. Your password will be sent to you in the Login Information email. We do not have "shared" login credentials for different individuals at an organization. If you are new at an organization, please contact your Foundation Program Administrator to ensure sure we have your information on file.
• Incorrect email address on file. Please contact your Foundation Program Administrator to verify that we have your correct email address.
• One logon provided for all of your organization’s grants in force. If you have multiple grants from MacArthur, you will not have multiple logins. You will have one Login ID (your email) from which you can view information for all your grants.
• Forgot Password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Password? link, and your password will be emailed to you.
• Lost or Deleted Login Information email. Please click the Forgot Password? link, and your password will be emailed to you. Your Login ID is your email address.
• None of the Above. If your organization has an active grant from MacArthur, you have received your first payment, and you have not yet received a login, please contact your Foundation Program Administrator directly, or send an email to MacGrantsHelp@macfound.org.
